“Training Professional Childcare Teachers with both Creativity and Character”
This department is fostering childcare teachers with creativity and character based on the Christian spirit and aims for quality education and childcare through this spirit. In addition, we are strengthening practice-centered education enabling students to grow into career teachers and childcare center directors through intensive major courses for attaining a bachelor’s degree. Excellent faculty members are making efforts to train competent childcare teachers who understand and respect the holistic human development of infants and children through the curriculum based on the scene of childcare. We are putting the training of childcare teachers first as experts demanded in the era of the 4th industrial revolution based on the faculty’s field-centered know-how and industry-academia cooperation network.
Educational goal
We aim to train childcare teachers with creativity and character focusing on serving and sharing based on the Christian spirit. Through education converging studies such as paedology, pedagogy, and counseling with arts for childcare duties, we aim to train professional childcare teachers with competitiveness for protecting children and providing creative education.
