The Department of Fashion Design at Soong Eui Women’s University established in 1982 provides education specialized and subdivided into NCS-based fashion design and fashion planning work.
The department’s goal is to foster highly sensitive fashion designers who can contribute to the fashion industry by systematically acquiring expert knowledge in fashion design work such as colors, materials, sewing, styling, etc.
For fashion planning work, we aim to foster fashion talents who will be responsible for planning and managing various areas by helping students systematically acquire knowledge on the production and distribution process as well as fashion product planning for predicting the fashion desires of consumers based on information collection & analysis, and marketing strategies.
Educational goal
The educational goal is to foster professional leaders in the fashion industry by enhancing a creative fashion design sense and cultivating practical skills based on good character and character-building.
